With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Sonny has dedicated the last 20 years to mastering both gi and no-gi grappling. A black belt in judo, Sonny is a full-time instructor at the Kensington Judo Club in Vancouver, BC.

Recently I had the opportunity to catch up with Canadian Boxing legend, Canadian Kickboxing champ and all round good guy, Gordy Racette. Gordy got his start with the infamous "So You Think You're Tough" competitions in the early 80's and went on to turn pro and got signed by Sylvester Stallone's fight management company. This was the first episode of Season 2, however we ran into some production issues with the file but managed to recover it.
